Observe services and programs to assure your child is in the most appropriate placement

Participate and advocate for your child at any or all Individualized Education Program (IEP)/Section 504 plan meetings
OCR and PRS Complaints
Assist in the development and filing of complaints with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) and Problem Resolution System (PRS)
Plan Development& Enforcement
Develop Section 504 plans and IEP’s that are specifically aligned with your child’s needs
Document Review & Case Study Creation
Review past and current evaluations, assessments, reports and IEPs and create a case study outlining the issues and proposed course of action.
Mediation
Work with you as an advisor for any hearings with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA)
